No. The jump should be clean when you get it. We clean and disinfects after every rental.
Yes all orders require a minimum of $35.00 Credit Card deposit. It could be more depending on the amount of your order. The deposit is not refundable but can still be use for future parties for a limited period of 1 year from the date of your canceled event.
Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least a 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
